Sheng Tai International was established in 2012 amid the storm of global economic turbulence. Our commitment to growth and quality excellence is an approach that has changed little since our emergence as a budding enterprise. Locally, Sheng Tai International Sdn. Bhd. is well known in the industry through the company’s white knight initiatives that have successfully revived several projects mainly in Melaka, as well as our hotel operations in Cameron Highlands and Melaka. In line with our strategic globalization blueprint, our overseas presence is currently marked through our overseas arm called Sheng Tai International (HK) Limited which has been operating since 2012 and served as an important gateway to the Hong Kong and Chinese markets.

Over the years, the company has been playing an active role in promoting Malaysia as a superb tourist and property investment destination via our property tourism effort. Being a strong supporter and advocator of the One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative, Sheng Tai was able to leverage on the platform to draw in massive foreign interest about Malaysia over the last few years, for example, 95% of our investors are foreigners (mainly from Hong Kong and China) whom we offer our customised 5-star Sheng Tai property tour to Malaysia.

To date, we have been able to attract about 400 prospective foreign visitors / buyers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and other countries to visit the country for a property tour on a monthly basis and the number is still increasing. The aim is to make them fall in love with Malaysia before buying our property here and stay on. In short, we do not just sell empty living spaces, but we are also promoting the Malaysian lifestyle, culture and beauty to the world – we are helping to put Malaysia on the global map, particularly as one of the key destinations of the OBOR route.
